Mary Waldner started baking gluten-free crackers in her California kitchen in 2004 when she couldn't find wholesome snacks that met her dietary needs. Her organic crackers made from whole grains, seeds, and nothing artificial proved that gluten-free could be delicious, nutritious, and made with real ingredients.
